We shoot on schedule, then edit — turnaround depends on package and song length.

Deposits are non-refundable. They cover prep and hold your slot on the call sheet. Your date isn't reserved until the deposit clears — if it isn't paid, the shoot is cancelled.
Read Before You Book

Terms of Service

Every booking runs on these terms. Paying a deposit means you've accepted them.

01 Booking & Deposits

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at least 3 days before the shoot date to reserve it.
  • Bookings made day-of, or with less than 3 days' notice, require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Your date is not reserved until the deposit clears. If the deposit isn't made, the shoot is cancelled.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Final edited files are delivered once the balance is paid in full.
  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

02 Cancellations, Reschedules & Late Arrivals

  • All deposits are non-refundable, without exception.
  • One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice; the deposit transfers to a new date within 60 days. After that, a new deposit is required.
  • A no-show, or arriving more than 30 minutes late without contact, forfeits the shoot and the deposit.
  • Booked time starts at the scheduled start time. Time lost to late arrival is not added to the end.

03 Camera & Equipment

  • Do not touch the camera, lenses, lighting, audio, or any other gear unless the owner gives permission first.
  • The client is financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by the client, their crew, or their guests — at full repair or replacement cost.

04 Weapons on Set

  • Any weapon appearing in a shoot must be disclosed in writing before the booking is confirmed. An undisclosed weapon ends the shoot immediately with no refund.
  • All firearms must be unloaded and visually verified unloaded before they come on set.
  • No live ammunition on set. Ammunition stays in a separate locked container, or in a separate room or vehicle from where filming takes place.
  • Weapons are never pointed at any person, including the camera operator.
  • The client is solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, and for any permits required.
  • Replica or prop weapons are strongly preferred and may be required.
  • ShotzByP may refuse, pause, or end any shoot where weapon handling appears unsafe. Deposit and booked time are forfeited.

05 Equipment Failure & Delays

  • If ShotzByP's equipment fails, you are not charged for the portion of the shoot that was delayed — that time is either made up or deducted from your total.
  • If a failure ends the shoot early, remaining paid time is credited toward a rescheduled date or refunded, excluding the deposit.
  • Delays caused by the client, talent, location, or weather count as billable shoot time.

06 Conduct & Safety on Set

  • The client is responsible for everyone they bring to the shoot.
  • No illegal activity on set. ShotzByP may end the shoot immediately.
  • Anyone impaired to the point of being unsafe may be asked to leave.
  • ShotzByP may refuse or stop any setup judged unsafe, at any time.

07 Locations & Permits

  • The client is responsible for securing location permission, permits, and any location fees.
  • If a shoot is shut down by a property owner or law enforcement, the booked time remains billable.
  • Travel beyond the local area may carry a travel fee, quoted before booking.

08 Delivery & Revisions

  • Photos are delivered within roughly 5 business days. Video turnaround depends on the editing tier and is confirmed at booking.
  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Further revisions are quoted per request.
  • A revision means adjustments within the agreed concept. A new concept or full re-edit is a new job at a new rate.
  • Files are delivered by download link. Download and back up your files promptly — links expire.
  • Raw and unedited footage is not included and is not delivered unless agreed separately in writing.
  • Raw footage may be deleted 30 days after final delivery.

09 Copyright & Usage

  • ShotzByP retains copyright in all footage and photographs.
  • The client receives an unlimited license to use the delivered files to promote their own music — streaming platforms, social media, press, and advertising.
  • Reselling or licensing the work to third parties requires written permission.
  • ShotzByP may use the work for portfolio, social media, website, and advertising, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
  • The client confirms they hold the rights to any music used.

10 Talent & Consent

  • Everyone appearing on camera consents to being filmed or photographed and to the usage described above.
  • Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and consenting.

11 Liability

  • Everyone present participates at their own risk.
  • ShotzByP is not liable for damage to property or injury to persons occurring during a shoot, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • The client is responsible for damage they or their party cause to the location or to third-party property.
  • ShotzByP's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that shoot.

12 Weather & Circumstances Beyond Control

  • Severe weather, illness, emergencies, or genuinely unsafe conditions allow either side to reschedule. The deposit transfers to the new date with no penalty.

13 Violation of These Terms

  • Violating any term above ends the shoot immediately. No refund is given — deposits and any payments made are forfeited.

14 Acceptance

  • Submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit means you have read and accepted these terms.
  • These terms may be updated. The version in effect on your booking date applies to your shoot.
